Sir Humphrey o dostępie do informacji

Sir Humphrey Appleby, fikcyjny bohater serialu BBC Yes Minister (a później Yes, Prime Minister) jest symbolem urzędnika przekonanego o wyższości biurokracji nad polityką, demokracją i w zasadzie wszystkim. Nie ma się więc co dziwić, że ma on wiele do powiedzenia na temat dostępu do informacji. Poniżej zamieszczam w oryginale kilka wyśmienitych cytatów (za Wikiquote). Mam dziwne wrażenie, że politycy PO oraz ich administracja skrycie (a czasami nawet jawnie) się pod nimi podpisują.
